Still here!

So much has happened since I last blogged, where do I start?

Well most importantly I had my first workshop at a local wool shop called Elizabeth's, its based in Clay Cross which is just down the road.  I did a 'Make - along' over 4 weeks of my Honeycomb bag featured in Inside Crochet issue 53. It was very successful with 7 ladies in total. (See their lovely versions below).

We had a lovely choice of buttons too, which are available at Elizabeth's and an endless supply of tea and biscuits.

The photos were taken in the shop so you can see the endless supply of 'yarny' and haberdashery delights, its a treasure trove!
I also got the opportunity to make another version!

This is a bright sunshine version, colours really popped!

We used Stylecraft Cotton Classique and Knit Pro Handles, as you can see all the ladies came up with some lovely colour ways, can't pick a favourite!

I adore living in this part of England it is so inspiring, and I have made some really lovely friends.

My next workshops are planned and these include a beginners and intermediate running in September. More information about these will appear on my facebook page and the Elizabeth's website and facebook page.
I leave you with my little pouch that I recently had featured in Inside Crochet issue 55.

Until next time...............Nicky xx
